WE ARE AN EPSON WARRANTY REPAIR SERVICE CENTER

FOR ALL EPSON POS / RECEIPT PRINTERS

 

*Customers must receive an RMA number to be displayed on shipping label.

*Units must be in "as-failed" condition, complete, with all parts and covers.

*POS printers are quite often in a restaurant kitchen environment, and can arrive covered in grease, food prep, etc... At our discretion, these units may be assessed with an added $37.50 "cleanup charge" if extreme.

*SSI reserves the right to deem some units unrepairable and may quote a whole unit repair from the manufacturer if available.

*Diagnostic fee of $37.50/unit plus return freight will apply to all unrepairable and customer declined repairs.

*Flat rate price does not include freight to and from our facility.

*Units must be packed in boxes with at least 4 inches of packing material on all sides/top/bottom to prevent shipping damage.

*Flat rate price is for repair of whole units only. This price may not include replacement of missing or broken covers, parts, at our discretion.
